I am wondering why there isn't a "Service" section. Is it because the rants about poor service would outnumber the praises?
I guess I will throw in my two cents:
I have been RV'ing for about 13 years. We are on our fifth RV and generally purchase a new one every 4 or 5 years. We are a middle/upper income family of four with good credit. I would think that we would be considered the target demographic for a company such as CW. Over the years, I have not had one good experience with the purchase or service of my RV's with not only one, but two different CW stores in Western NY.
I have experienced salesmen who know nothing about the products that they sell, service managers that are downright liars, ignorant and rude and unhappy technicians that gave me the "whole story" of what really goes on at CW. I have have never as so much received an apology for the poor service I have experienced. I wont go into details about my service and purchasing experiences, but once I had to go as far as contacting Keystone directly to get the CW service department to "do the right thing" with a serious warranty item, instead of treating me like I was an idiot. I should not have to go into a business establishment where I am willing to repeatedly spend thousands of $ and have my guard up every-time I set foot in the place. We are just an average family that chooses to spend our disposable income on the RV experience.
All that I do know is that the last CW sales, warranty and service experience I had was my last. I will purchase my next RV out of town, or from a wholesaler.

"These days, I have problems in areas that I used to not have areas", so life is good.
It's like taking your auto into a dealer for repairs. There's good dealers and bad. Over the last 20 years we have had good to excellent service along with some of our friends at the MI Camping World stores. They are not all the same and I've seen a lot of rude customers come threw the doors over the years. I've found the people working at Camping World stores to be hard working and honest. We find the service techs to be qualified, store works friendly knowledgeable, and management to be customer oriented and work with the customer.
