Must say I am impressed. Lots of vendors, first class entertainment, perfect weather. Good Sam is putting on a great event.
Only glitch I have encountered is the over priced and lack of choice food vendors and the tram service from parking to the event area. Both of these are provided by the raceway and Good Sam does not have much, if any control, over that.
Mr Lemonis has changed my mind about GS/CW and I believe he is going all out to put customer service at the forefront. I wish him well in his endeavour to pull GS Club from being a pool of people to market services to; and to restore it to an RV Club that provides comradeship and quality services at competitive prices

He sure gave away a ton of gas/fuel and prizes....three people got $5000 gas cards last night, about 100 got $500, another 150 or so, $250 and about 500 got $150....today he gave away over $50,000 in "stuff", and what a concert by Martina McBride...Marcus also spent most of the morning in the big tent talking to people and getting feedback. I was impressed. That said, we will be looking closely at the results. If you attended the Phoenix rally, registration for Louisville is FREE...doesn't get much better than that.......Dennis

Talk of Western Rally next year in Las Vegas. No promises but I understand they will be researching the possibility.

To all of you a big thanks for a great rally
Here are the possible sites for 2013
None have been confirmed and some are just ideas
As you know we need about 250 to 300 acres
Great parking
Good food vendors
Better handicap access
Great team system
Area for pets
Big area for entertainment
And good weather
Needs to also be near major metropolis for day visitors
Las Vegas
Dover Delaware
Joliet (outside of chicago without bad traffic)
Homestead air force base near keys and Miami
Charlotte
Nashville or Knoxville
Oklahoma city
Cape Canaveral ( cocoa beach)
Buffalo near niagra falls
Denver
Any suggestions would be great

Suggestion for better handicapped access:
Instead of same colored placards for electrical and electrical/handicapped, print the handicapped in BLUE to allow the volunteers at the entrance to better guide those people into the correct area.
Have the handicapped parking area closer to the entrance so those who are handicapped but can still walk a bit can access the grounds without relying on the trams. (At Phoenix, dry camping, handicapped, was near the entrance but the handicapped, electrical, was a mile away. The facilities handicapped parking lot was filled with non handicapped coaches. I know because we researched it while we were/are still here.)
Thanks for a great show and great entertainment. IMHO you made some good points and many excellent promises. Hopefully, all or most of those will be met and we will see some implemented very quickly.....Dennis
