My Family and i are heading out to Johnson Valley for a few days. Just curious if anybody knows where i can fill up my water tank??? Cant be a tight area to get into. I have a 40ft TH.
Hi. If you are driving in from the 15 fwy their is a place you can get water and dump your rv. Its on bear valley rd just before hwy 18 Its a rv park so there is a lot of room to maneuver big rigs. Interesting thing about the Lone Wolf Colony, originally it was a rehab place fot AT&T managers. My 'DWs folks won a drawning for a 5 acre homestead just South of LV in the mid 50's, when we married we spent a lot of time there, used to be you could get water at the 76 station at that time. Then when the market moved to it's present location we got water there, but today it's hard to find a place to get a 40 footer in to the hose bib. If the LW isn't able to help, stop at the liquor store near the cut off to Big Bear. If they can't help, they would know who can.
