My total Class A set-up is 58ft. Heading north in three weeks. Wonder what route to take.

Why don't you start with telling us where you are. I'm sure you're not in Edmonton and heading North to St George. We went that way last fall but we start from Las Vegas.

I agree, US-93 N and I-15 N 404 mi, approx 7 hours 9 min driving time per google map directions.

We've taken US-93 to Las Vegas then I-15 to St. George.

I-10 to Quartzite, then get highway 96 to Las Vegas, then I-15 north to St George.

Phoenix through Wickenburg, to Kingman, over the new bridge at Hoover Dam. Then along lake Mead through Overton then I 15 through Mesquite to St Geo...

There are a variety of ways. If in Phoenix, you can take the I-17 to Flagstaff, hang a left at the I-40 and go west to Kingman. From Kingman go to Vegas and then to St.George as others have suggested.
Another way to Vegas is to take I-17 to AZ-74, then west to U.S. 60 on into Wickenburg. In Wickenburg, pick up AZ-93 to the I-40, then west (left) to Kingman.
You could also take I-10 to AZ-95 and go north to the I-40, then east (right) to Kingman (the signs say east but you will be going mostly north).
Of the three, the first has the best roads but is also the most crowded and has the most elevation changes. It's an easy drive otherwise. You will have cell phone reception pretty much all the way.
The second way is the most direct, roads are pretty good, but there is nothing along much of the way (except a wide spot in the road called Nothing, AZ). Cell phone reception is non-existant much of the way.
The third is a nice drive and will have better cell phone reception than the second. I haven't driven that route in over ten years so I can't comment on the roads.
A fourth route is to take I-17 north to Cordes Junction and take the 69 to Prescott. shortly after entering Prescott, pick up 89 north to Ash Fork. Pick up the I-40 west to Kingman. I still make the drive to Prescott frequently but haven't been on 89 from there in a long time.

That sounds about right. I've taken that route many a time.
Just make sure you are careful around the valley corners... It can get pretty windy in there.

Depends. See the sights and enjoy the ride or just get there quick in one day. Some great country between here and there.
