I almost made a terrible mistake by mounting a bicycle rack onto the back of my trailer. But thanks to everyone here, I learned where to properly install and more importantly where NOT to install the rack.

Special thanks goes to, “502_Jimmy” for posting pictures of his bike rack, which I used as an example in the design of mine. Mine isn’t as fancy as Jimmy’s, but it still works. I used material that I already had lying around the house.

Thanks JN_B.
I don't have any battery covers yet, but I hope to have some soon.

How many bikes can you put on that? I have 4 bikes, two adult and two kid. Looking to build something like this for my TT.

That's no fair -- you apparently know how to weld. How about posting a design for those of us who use duct tape for everything??

Seriously, I really like the triangular strut structure -- my guess is that it will cut way down on vibration and that you will have no trouble with metal fatigue.

Is it difficult to get the bikes up onto the prongs?

Duct Tape - too funny!

I find it easier to load the bikes if I stand on the tailgate before I connect to the trailer and after I disconnect from the trailer.
