I have a 96 G/B Pursuit 3250 and a few delaminated side wall areas I was able to reglue one spot right of driver side main window by removing it and puring the glue down and rolling it out.

This are came out very well, But I have 3 other's and don't have the opanion of a window to remove to get to the outer wall

with out removing bedroom cabinets and bathroom shower and cabinets. Was thinking about drilling 1/8" hole and pumping in the glue then redoing the side panel and adding some graphics to hide the repaired area.
Thanks for any help

I've never done it, so take my advice for what it's worth. My first thought was the same as yours, drill one or even more 1/8" holes, pump in the glue, and rig up something to compress the bulging area. My idea for compression would be a giant home-made clamp consisting of a vertical 2x outside the opposite wall, an opposing 2x (with the compression pad) on the bad wall, pulled together over the roof and under the chassis with ratcheting straps. It sounds hokey but might work, but you'll definitely need helpers to align everything as you tighten straps.

Very engenious solution. Hope it holds and that glue is compatable with styrafoam inside. Every time the RV industry comes up with something new, like vacuum sealed wall panels, it turns out being bad for the consumer. Your delam is fairly common. The RV industry should be ashamed. They have such a huge profit margin yet quality issues keep comming up. Best of luck.

Something a lot of people dont know, cause they not checked into it, it dont take much water damage for the insurance co to total loss an RV & it looks like the places you have damage is right under a leaking window.

Yes the previous owner was a Dummy or just didn't give a $%$^ clean the tracks and resealed the 2 side windows and redid the roof, now just got to get the glue into side walls. Bob like the tree idea and PhillyG maybe a 4x4 overthe roof and down then a old pipe clamp to screw pressure onto a pad for that area dont take much to hold it in.

The tree idea would work, just dont do it on a windy day. Trees tend to sway a bit. Dont ask me how I know...

?? I don't get it. "Delam without a window above it".
But you still have a leak. Whatever is leaking will dictate what you have to remove to first fix the leak then the damage.
Cause and Effect?
Removing cabinets isn't a problem. They just screw to the wall.

Not much on the drilling idea as usually a couple layers have delammed and you would have to get glue in between every one of them plus it would have to be very good glue with good penetration so as not to just stick to the rotten fibers and peel that off again and redelaminate.
