Hello, That broken wire was the problem. Spliced in a new one and we have Brakes. Thanks for the Advise to trouble shoot.
The Tracers are tools Electricians use to find where wires go.You hook the Tone generator to one end and then with the wand you can follow the wire. Pretty cool tool.

Go to Advanced Post. The 10th box over from the left. The box between "_" and the envelope is the hyperlink tool. When you open this you post the link in the top space and type the work(s) you want for the link in the lower space.
