Ihave tried to send an email twice now and it gets rejected saying there is no such user.

Ive cut and pasted the address provided, and it has bounced back twice as undeliverable... Hopefully I never have to use the roadside assistance, but I'm hoping even more that it has less problems than this!!!

Just got off the phone with a very pleasant Zac from Roadside assistance. He was very helpfull, and assured me that I hadn't been over charged, as well as upgrading me for this year to Platinum. Despite my initial concerns, I must admit that they have been great to deal with, and have gone out of their way to ensure all is good.
