Make sure if ant is connect on roof then pull cover off wall look and see if wires or connect to plate in back. Also are you sure your patch cord is good coming from wall plate to your TV.

I don't know what you mean by a video switch box. The coax comes from the antenna to a faceplate with 2 connections. one conection is sat/cable and one is antenna. The antenna side has a 12 volt amplifier on it.From there it goes to the tv. I tried replacing the coax from the faceplate to tv---no help. The coax at the antenna is connected with 14 volts (measured with volt/ohm meter). Could there be something in the antenna that is not connected? Also, should I get some type of reading on the coax that goes into the tv?

Do you have a video switcher?

A ship in harbour is safe, but that is not what ships are built for.

I'm not sure what you mean by "video switcher". T change from antenna to sat.cable, you change the cable from the tv to which connection you want. These connections contain the 12 volts going to the antenna on the roof.

Stupid question, but have you changed the input on the TV to antenna??

Yes, I changed the input to "TV" and ran auto scan--still nothing. I took the tv from the rv into the house and connected it to my cox cable and it worked. Is it possible that the antenna circuit in the tv is bad or is it the same as the cable circuit?

Try hooking up the small 12" TV again and see if it still works like before.
If it does than I would think there has to be something in the bigger TV settings.
