The 12" tv is hooked up to antenna since we are in a campground with no cable hookup. Maybe we can move to a campground with cable hookup tomorrow to check it on cable.

If one TV works and one does not, then it can only be one of:

1. User error of some kind - probably in settings on the TV.
2. The TV is malfunctioning, but since it works on cable, that seems unlikely.

Is the TV set to cable input? I think you should still get something anyway, but maybe not. All indicators are that the issue is not anywhere on the RV side. In the TV menu there should be a setting to switch between antenna input and cable input.

Good luck! Such problems are very frustrating.

There is a antenna amplifier with cable /sat and tv terminals. I am connected to the ant (amplified side}. I also got a larger 26 in. t v from the house but it said "low signal". (the rv tv is 19"}.

Input set to TV but is it set to cable or Ant input? These are 2 different signals to TV.
when using. Cable conn.in the RV the Ant booster needs to be off. When using the over the air Ant. Than booster turned on.
Also TV has to be able to use to use a digital signal.

I am such a dumbass!! I ASSUMED that the tv which is a Westinghouse 19", 2 inch wide flatscreen was a digital tv. Well it ain't. I hooked up an old digital to analog convertable box and guess what??----It works. Thanks everybody for putting up with me.I really appreciate everyone for your ideas.
