Contractor said that he wants to meet with an adjuster ASAP. This could be an emergency situation. He said they may need to tear the ceiling out of the living room, stairway, and the upstairs bedroom to get rid of the wet insulation and make sure no mold is growing as a result of the leaking roof. Also needs to repair the roof. And now we are getting another hard rain.

Still no power. AEP's saying it'll be Sunday before we get power back. Gets kinda warm without the A/C.

Linda says she will be makng her macaroni salad for Friday night, and we will bring some fixins and buns if they are needed.
We havent decided what we will bring to the potluck on saturday but I'm pushing her to do up some of her county fair style sausage peppers and onions in sauce for sandwichs. Time will tell. M

AEP did a very bad thing. We got our power back at 11:00 AM yesterday then it went back off at 1:00 PM and hasn't come back on yet. Geezee!!!! 2 hours worth of cooling and another night with very little sleep. On top of all that, the area gas stations have jacked up the price of gas by 50 cents/gal and we're going through about 12 gallons of gas a day in the generator. Getting expensive!! Can't seem to win for losing.
