The same conversation over and over....Chevy vs Ford, Workhorse vs F-53, DP vs Gasser, Class A vs Class C vs Trailer of your choice. If you like a product, you wind up dealing with issues. I've had a Winnebago Adventurer (it was OK) and now a 2011 Southwind. Love the Southie, not a big fan of the new Winnies. The Southie's layout, colors and and size (32v) were what we liked. I've sat back and said, "Wow, paid all this money and here's something wrong, here's something wrong, etc" but you know what I realized? Nothing's perfect. It would be great if it was, but it's not. I've called Fleetwood once, and they were great.
Let's all agree it's just conversation and the personal preference is what matters most. Glad you were happy with your recent tour!
I think we all relize that noting it perfect but when you have a four page typed list of what is wrong and the old Fleetwood would not fix them. It's another story. My 2004 southwind the old fleetwood had it for more time than I did. And they didn't fix half of what was wrong and I fought for everything to be fixed. I believe the new Fleetwood is different and am praying for all new owners.
