I know your feeling well. We did the same thing last year. Moved into a local campground in July. That way the house was empty of us and we could clear out and spruce up for sale. House went on the market in Nov 2011, closed Feb 2012.
We planned for 6 yrs to get out of NJ. We just changed our residency to Livingston, TX, with Escapees.
We also started a blog of our travels, so we could easily keep family & friends updated and be of some interest to fellow F/T RV'rs.

Well, day three is almost complete. We are settled in for the most part. Although I am already experiencing the "too much stuff" syndrome. I will save my thoughts and stories for the blog.
