As mentioned in previous posts, the Mrs and I set out several years ago with the goal of selling the house, going full time RVing and heading south, most likely to the Jacksonville/ St. Augustine area.

As also mentioned, our plan initially was to move out of the house into the camper at a local campground while I continued to work on the house getting it ready for market. Well, gang! Today is the day! Lord willing, except for when family is in town later in the summer, we have spent our last night in this house!!!!

I just got back from getting new tires on the truck, finishing off some loose ends, and will be hooking up within the next couple of hours!

We are excited, nervous and a little scared. But I think we know deep in our hearts this is what we want so away we go! I am in the process of starting a blog about our adventures. I will share the link in a couple days.... I need to do some sprucing up before I invite guests to stop by. And I need to figure out if it's possible to post pictures on blogger using an iPad which is our current Internet device of choice..

Good Luck to ya on the road... FL is too dang hot for DW and I ... but we really enjoyed the St. Augustine area.

You will love FL in the winter. Hate it in the summer. That's what you have wheels for. Head north!! LOL. Congrats. We went full time 2 years ago and never looked back! Can't wait to read your blogs.
