Does anyone have a seal of some kind between the truck cab and camper window so you can open both windows and have (say) the cat wander back and forth? How does it work? Where did you get it?

And how fast does it wear the paint off the truck?
I USED A CAR TIRE INNER TUBE AND MADE A CLOTH COVER THAT ZIPPED AROUND THE TUBE. MANY YEARS OF USE, NEVER ANY ISSUES WITH PAINT.

I could not find anything in the stores for this purpose so I made my own out of 3" foam, duct tape, and spray contact adhesive. Cost was about $30.00 and a couple hours time. I like it, the Cat likes it, Kelli likes. Everyone's happy. It was easy to make. I do fit a plastic garbage sack over the top for a water proofing for the foam.
I have one from years ago ... and it still works. It has the fill valve on the outside and only takes 4-5# of air pressure. I had it on my old truck and camper for years and it did not rub off the paint.
I also had one that fit on the roof with an outside fill valve, but it disappeared. Wish I could find another one. I also found that after I put the one on the roof, that I got just a touch better gas mileage.
Both of them worked better than the cab over shocks that had to be replaced twice in the 5 years. I had that truck and camper for 12 years and the air cushions worked much better.
