We were Morgan seasionals and all I can say is they are dirtbags....including the owner. I personally spoke with him about serious violations of the contract causing the park to become a tobacco road park and he lied through his teeth and did nothing. All they do is rape certain parks for funds to spend at a few high profile parks. Word out there and in articles in the press is they are in serious trouble financially. They fired several managers...do not pay bills and are rude including the owners wife. The park we were at could not even buy soda or ice cream as they had stuck so many vendors. Even the trash pickup was stopped for non payment. Our former park failed water tests and violated the health department order to post the boil water order on last Memorial Day weekend. I would dry camp before using Morgan.
Morgan was making a big push to become "NASCAR themed parks". Perhaps they were just trying to make their target market feel like they were at home. PS: Tip to Morgan, instead of new signage, just set a couple of AMC Pacers or Gremlins up on blocks at the entrance, people will get the message.

We never stay at Morgan Resorts. We always try to support the "Mom and Pop" rv parks whenever possible.

At a "Mom and Pop" park, you get the owner in the store treatment, personalized service, and someone who truly cares about your camping experience. You are also supporting a family owned local business with ties to the community.

At a corporate owned campground, management sole interests are pleasing the stockholders.

Last year they had a marketing group in Maine and Mass building cottages and selling memberships, told us when we were there they were changing the way people camped, said eventually every site in the campground would have the matching cottage seasonals and all. I talked to them at a camping show and they are back pedeling big time as their campgrounds are empty. The marketing company is gone, so they say, but we are not returning this year.

The marketing company isn't gone, they just moved to the Morgan park in Geneva-on-the-Lake, Ohio.

I know Morgan also have a group of sales people who are pushing the Vacation Club at Roundup Lake in Mantua Ohio. According to auction.com though there are 9 Morgan Resorts on the auction block June 26 including Roundup.
Here is a list of the resorts that I could find that are for sale....
Raymond, NH...........................Pine Acres RV Resort
Buena Vista Township, NJ.........Buena Vista RV Resort
Estell Manor, NJ.......................NASCAR RV Resorts at Mays Landing
Port of Repulic, Nj....................Blue Berry Hill
Wilton, NY................................NASCAR RV Adirondack Gateway
Maggie Valley, NC ...................NASCAR RV Resorts at Stonebridge
Mantua, OH..............................Roundup Lake
Saltlick Township, PA................Mountain Pines RV resort
Lodi, WI....................................Crystal Lake RV Resort

I think the names that I put with the cities are accurate but no guarantee......

Endless caverns in Virginia is owned by them and we really like the cg only been once but it was very clean and no issues, we would go back. Very GOOD prices also.

x2. We stayed for a group get together at endless caverns last fall. They were really nice, they opened up the hall and let us use it for a potluck breakfast free of charge. They snuck my daughter in (4yrs old) for the 3 yr old free rate. They bent over backwards for us. Really nice sites. DH enjoyed watching the race in the hall. I on the other hand did not enjoy listening to those partying and drinking and carrying on at there site until sometime after 11 while they watched the race. The campground has some really nice views from the registration office and from a hike we went on. They escort you to your site, have a gate that you get a gate code to for coming and going at night and even have a beautiful cavern. We will be going back this fall.

This is the view from the registration parking lot:

The entrance to the caverns:

Looking down the road in section E. The campground is built on a mountain and yet the sites are level.

I went to the auction.com website and searched all catagories for Maggie Valley and was not able to find anything regarding the Morgan property . The reason I'm interested is that we plan to stay there for a week or 2 this summer. Can you provide a direct link ?

Do a search on property # N076-527 . Blueberry Hill RV resort will come up. Then click on " Commercial Asset Summary Report " There you will see all the properties that are bundled together. I think you will have to register to do this but its quick and painless.

Thanks-- I see it now.... would hate to send in reservation fees and not be able to go due to a sale to new owners.
