Tranny: $179

Doubt that's with a TES-295 certified fluid, but to each their own...

I asked about that since I thought it was a bit low. I was told they buy it by the 250 gallon tank. He said if I wanted it from the 5 gallon jugs it would be $250. He took me back to the diesel service area, and there was a 250 gallon tank that has the Allison Approved label on them, as well as the Transynd label. They service a lot of diesels in there, mostly MDT's and pickups. Everytime I have been in there there are more diesels in there than gassers, and the diesel servicing area is probably 10 stalls, the gassers have 6 stalls. I will take it from the 250 gallon tank for the cost savings. Not sure why anyone would take it from the 5 gallon and pay more.

Dealers must get HUGE discounts on fluids over what we pay retail at NAPA or other places. As I mentioned previously, I could barely buy the coolant for what they charged for the radiator drain/fill. I think I paid $79 and the 6 gallons of fluid at $13 each is $78.
