Hi all,
I am considering buying a 2012 Cougar X-Lite 29BHS from Terrytown RV in Grand Rapids, MI. I was wondering if anyone here had any experiences and/or opinions about Terrytown RV? Also, what are your thoughts on the Cougar X-Lite? Thanks!

Can't give an opinion about the Cougar, however I bought my Carraige Cameo last June (before Carraige went bye bye), and I can tell you that Terrytown treated me GREAT! The price was 30k less then in SoCal where I live so I drove to Michigan to buy it. They delivered as they promised with no surprises. Service department installed some stuff for me and jumped through hoops so I could be on my way. My salesman Rick Stetson was working on his finacial degree and I beleive has since moved on to an auditing job at another company in Grand Rapids, but I would not hesitate buying another coach from Terrytown if I was in the market!

My sister and brother in law bought a Cougar 5ver from Terrytown. Love the trailer and were very pleased with the customer service and price they got from Terrytown.

We live in Tucson AZ and drove to Terrytown to buy our 2010 BigHorn 5th wheel. Great price and great service.

I purchased a 2011 Cougar 27RLS from them about a year ago. I would buy from them again, as there was no problems with the transaction. All items were address via email and phone calls, and no surprises when I arrived for pick up. I am also very satisifed with the Cougar. About 30 nights of camping and still looks great.

Don't know about your trailer. But we too purchased a Cameo last July. Our experience was positive.

Terrytown is about 10 minutes from my house. Small world!
