I have participated in this forum since February 2002, just before we purchased our Class B.

(I am not sure where to post this question)

When did this forum begin? 2001? I remember when the number of members was posted and it just kept growing and growing. I wonder who the first members were to post?

I must state that I have enjoyed reading and participating throughout the last ten years.

Thanks for giving all of us a chance to learn, help each other and occasionally vent!

I am neither Marcus or a mod but I joined Aug 2001 and remember when a few years later the posts in Class A topped 10,000 and had the most posts

I havn't been here that long but I can join in the appreciataion for the work the MOD's do in keeping everything organized and threads from getting out of hand when some get a little too much internet courage ;-)

It's one of a couple RV forums that I check regularly and a lot of that has to do with the great members that keep this place hopping with questions and answers and the MOD's doing a great job in their duties.

Hats off to all that make it a great place to visit and give/get information!

I think it was 2001. When I joined in 2002 there was somewhere around 2500 members; today I think we're over 300,000.

Admin joined in June of 2000. I think the forum goes back a little further than that, but may have had a different name.
Lou Leopold, (06/2001) was the first moderator. I was somewhere around the 7th or 8th.

I don't really know. I guess there are a lot of folks who join and drop right off.

For many of us this is not just simply a forum site but a rather a hobby too.

Last time I asked this question was about 2006 and the Admin answered that there was about 85,000 members at that time. I am also waiting to hear some current stats, interesting.
