I agree with Rich, but I'd add "that also meets your needs as a daily driver."
We purchased a 2005 Newmar Kountry Star in October and use a tow bar to tow our Acadia. Haven't had any problems, however, on our first trip to Branson, the manager at the CG showed us that the bracket that hooks to the Acadia was upside down - changing this made a tremendous difference. We were shown how to use it at the dealership. Seems we learn something new every time we go out.

That's a bit like asking what's the best tasting food.
Initially, we went with a dedicated toad, a Jeep Cherokee that was cheap. Later, we decided to go with something that was more suitable to daily needs too.
We currently use a 2010 Grand Cherokee. Something like that might be on the heavy side for your coach, but there are plenty of options in lighter vehicles.
There really isn't a "best" towable. You just have to figure our your needs or parameters, then find something that fits them and is towable. Places like FMCA and Motorhome magazine publish annual lists of vehicles that are towable four down. They have the lists available for the several years, so if you don't want something new, you can read the older lists.

Do your homework before you buy - to include reading the owners manual. I have a Honda Fit and the dealer did not know it towed 4 down.

We have a 2007 Chev HHR which we are happy with. Not all chev. can be towed 4 down but the HHR can. There is one fuse to pull which was awkward but a friend of mine converted it to a switch by cutting a fuse in half, then soldering two wires to it and putting a switch at the end of the wires. The wires are about 18 inches (roughly) long which brings the switch out to a convinient place.
The best is many factors. What is important is weight first,then ease of setting up. By ease I mean fuses to be pulled, key positions etc. All will need a base plate, tow bar or a tow dolly, trailer options.
The ask mother which one she likes and buy that one
