noticing mobile prices are really getting low,we have been thinking of buying a used unit,we spend 3 months every winter in our van and always check out the sebring area,plus hit hommers for a meal.our question to you locals in this area what is the best town to look at considering taxs,utility bills,etc?then what would be a good parks to look at?for instance last yeat looked at tanglewood but didnt care for the monthly fee,just looking for a quiet place with heated pool,clubhouse a,hot tub,clubhouse.sice we will be using for 3 1/2 months per year we are trying to keep monthly fee resonable.hoping to keep purchase pric 60,s or less,need 3bd 2 bath hopefully.any ideas ?would appreciate any info,thanks
For $60K you could buy a house. Try searching Trulia. Search the Sebring Fl area.
