The best invention since the wheel is SPAM in the single serving foil pack. When I go on mission trips to Central American countries, I pack 8 or 10 servings of SPAM. Being a very picky eater, no beans, no rice, leaves very little on the menu for me. It carries well in a backpack and very good right out of the pack. I have no trouble getting rid of any extras when it is time to leave, people there love the stuff.

SPAM sliced thin, grilled, then cubed and mixed in with scrambled eggs and cheese. A meal fit for a Rolaids field tester. YUM!

When we camp on river trips we take the half cans of Spam along. No refrigeration and one can is good for 2 or 3 guys, we call it "River Bacon".
