We stay at Indian Creek in Ft. Myers Beach. Across the street is Gulf Air and Ft. Myers Beach RV Park. I do believe one or all are Carefree or Encore Parks. Gulf Air is about 3 miles from the beach. We ride our bikes there to avoid traffic. There is also a trolley to the beach that stops at both Indian Creek and Gulf Air.
Check out the Red Coconut RV park on Ft Meyers beach. It is literally on the beach. In fact, if you rent a beachfront site you pull the front of your rig onto boards that are on the sand.
We were there 2 weeks ago and loved it!
