Both brands are pretty nice, I certainly had both on my list. I ended up with a used Cedar Creek Day Dreamer which is a little fancier than the standard Cedar Creek. Pinnacle had a nice floorplan I was considering but nobody had it in stock.
The one thing that stood out to me was the difference in the bathrooms between the brands. I though Pinnacle tried to come close to the bling of the Montanas in the living area but left the bathroom looking more like a lower end model, especially the shower.
I'd also look at the recent thread on the Jayco roof with stuff under it that Jayco didn't want to fix under warranty. Look everything over really well before you buy and after the sale. It doesn't matter how long a warranty is if the manufacturer claims things aren't a warranty issue.
One thing to consider, the RE layouts are really nice, but if you watch much TV you'll always be turned to the side to look at the TV unless you are laying on the couch. I thought that was just asking for a sore neck.

Which Forest River product? There is a huge difference between a Wildcat and a Cedar Creek. Even the Silverback is a step down from the regular Cedar Creek models.

Well... We like the Cedar Creek enough that we bought one, been lovin it ever since, no regrets.

We like having the King bed, I do not see much need to walk around the bed, the DW doesn't have any problem making the bed. She checked that out before the purchase as it's one of the items on her check off list.

I have to agree with you on the shower. Now that I'm getting older the size of shower plus the large sitting area makes my aches and pains that came along with doing heavy labor my whole life a little ez'er.
As for the comparison between the living rooms of the Montana to the Pinnacle - I like the Pinnacle better. For some reason the Montanas seem tight to me. imo
I usally pull one of the lazy boy recliners out of the slide and the wife and me switch every now and then between the couch and recliner when watching tv. We're thinking of getting rid of a recliner and maybe adding a end table or coffee table.

Also don't even think about pulling it with anything less than a dually. That 2200 pound pin weight will blossom to way over 3000 when you are all done and ready to go.
What tire manufacture did you have, and what size? I have ST235/80R16. The tire make is "Trial Express". I can not find any info on that tire, but think that it might be from China.

We have been shopping new fivers for 6 monthes now, we were looking at front living room models, was real close to going with A crossroads Rushmore. then looked at the Heartlands. BUT in about an hour I will head out to the dealer with our old 2008 Cedar Creek 36RLTS (Great Unit) and will be picking up our 2013 Cedar Creek 38FL.
Cant say enough about the CC it served us well, We looked at Alot of makes but stayed with Cedar Creek. We are heading out this friday with A few Friends for A shakedown run. So yes I would recommend A cedar Creek product.
