I have a few issues with my new Ventana. The automatic transfer switch burnt up and one of the slide won't come in. I took it to an dealer here in Omaha that is not a Newmar dealer but close to the office. I was going to have it fixed no matter why because it had to be fixed but called Newmar anyway because it really is a warranty issue. I must say that I have been very impressed with their customer service. They called the dealer and worked with them by sending info n how to fix. The dealer got it in but that is it. That's ok because I figured I would just call Newmar and see what we could do to correct it. You know what? I did not have to call because they called me to see if it got fixed. I told him it had not and that I just figured I would make an appointment at the factory and get it fixed where it was born? Well I guess alot of other people think that too! They are biked into next year? Wow. He said let me find you a Newmar dealer and get it taken care of.

So, I want to say Great Job Newmar. It is nice to see that some companies still believe in true Customer Service. Thank you!!

Not to try to High Jack your post -- but Entegra Coach is still giving great support to orphaned Travel Supreme -- Don Brubaker, used to be in charge of service with TS, is now with Entegra and providing great service for all the owners of Entegra and TS coaches -- Newmar and Entegra are both great examples of how to JUST DO IT RIGHT!

jmho,
No hijack at all. I just want all companies to provide great service. I know how tough it is. I own my own company and as much as I preach it, people in my own company still try to fight it when they know how I want customers to be treated. We are really nothing more than referees and babysitters?

The factory parts department at Newmar is fantastic. Give them your coach serial number, and they can tell you every part, color, pattern, style,in your coach. I called them to buy some dinning chairs,to replace the benches in our coach. They had the chairs custom built,to match the Ultra leather, and the cabinets in our unit. They did all that in less than two weeks.

I thought all RV companies do that. You just give them the Vin number and they can tell you everything you want to know about the coach.
