We didn't notice until until we needed it of course, but our new trailer does not have a mirror anywhere in it!
So two questions... do we just buy a normal full length mirror from a local store? I've done a few searches for shatterproof, etc, and appears no such thing (with any clarity).
Also, how do you anchor in a travel trailer wall or door? Ideally I think on the bathroom door (probably hollow?) or closet door (solid, thin) would make the most sense. If those are a bad idea, the bathroom wall is an option, just not as accesible. I assume it is hollow behind the walls in most places, are there special anchors?
We are probably a 6 on a 1-10 scale of handiness. We're inventive but know enough to know to ask before drilling into unfamiliar areas!
All help appreciated.

There are non glass plastic mirrors available. Attach it to wall surfaces or doors with plastic or metal clips and screws. Go to your local glass/window company or even hardware store.

When I removed a broken mirror from a friends motorhome, I found that they had used Dicor Lap Sealant on the backside to adhere it to the wall. The mirror was broken by a door knob; poorly designed setup. I would use the standard mirror clips and maybe velcro. I wouldn't worry about looking for a shatterproof mirror. A regular one should be fine. Most trailers are filled with regular ones; manufacturers use them to make the trailers look bigger.

A plastic one would weigh a lot less than a real one and be a lot easier to mount safely...

I've had the same plastic "over the door" full length mirror mounted for 80,000 towing miles. It hangs over the door on straps and is held in position by velcro spots on the four corners.

We bought an inexpensive (ie cheap) full length mirror from Wally World for less than $6 and mounted it with 3M velcro strips at the top, bottom, and middle.

Bought the same mirror as KampK and I used short (1") self tapping screws through the frame and into a non exterior wall. Just don't screw it right directly in the corners of the frame as they are joined in the corners very weakly. Put the screws about 3"-4" in from the sides. Two at the top, 2 at the bottom. Didn't even worry about hitting studs as the mirror is pretty lite.

Our Jayco Jay Flight 25RKS did not have a full length mirror in it either. My husband purchased a mirror from Menards and screwed it in to the back of the bathroom door. When the door is open and you stand in the hallway you can see your entire reflection.
