I'm not a fulltimer and I'm a 'bit' over your age group. However, this will be an interesting thread to watch.
If you can do it at your age, I say go for it.

I am 27 DW is 22. We would love to Full-Time, at least for awhile. But, it's hard to leave behind my career which pays the bills, good insurance, pension/retirement, etc.
I hope that RVing still exists in 30 years.

Fulltimers...... I think that can be such a widely used word. To me a full timer is a family or couple who travels and lives in there RV enjoying everything that this country has to offer.
Most of the "young" full timers that I see barely have 2 pennies to rub together and live in a leaky trailer that is parked at the cheapest RV park possible. Two completely different scenarios.
I have read a few stories and blogs from young full timers that actually travel but they have ben few and far between. All of the luck in the world to you if you can make it make it work. Ill be watching your posts jealously

My wife and I were young full timers. She was 20 and I was a couple years older. Our first full time RVs were boats. Great Lakes down the the Fla Keys and Bahamas. We did that for 10 years. Took a break in a house we built in ST. Augustine Fla. Then went full time in our 25 foot Airstream for near 10 years. Now we just enjoy the friends we made over the years and travel from time to time. I am the only child my wife says..

I'm 23 and my wife is 21 and we moved into our first travel trailer in October of last year and just bought our new 2012 28ft Forest River Wildwood in March and are leaving May 1st to start our adventures. We have no kids and no pets. Yes everyone thinks we're crazy and won't be able to survive on the road but we both have no doubt that we will make it full timing. We will be doing workampers jobs and other jobs along the way to support us. We would love to meet others our age that fulltime.

We are heading to Carson City, Nevada first to meet up with my wife's parents which also fulltime and we hope to follow them around for a little while.

Go for It! If you ask "older" full timers, including us, if they have any regrets the answer usually is: "We should have done this years earlier."

You guys won't have that regret!

We also have with us two "fur babies". A Basset Hound and a Chihuahua mix. Both are rescue dogs.

I know we won't regret it. We're extremely excited about it. We've been living in our TT since Janurary getting used to it and now were on the last couple weeks till our first voyage.

We were a little older (37) when we headed out but could have done it sooner if we had simply got focused sooner.

Have a plan, get on a budget and go.
