I have a couple of questions to ask of you? First of all I would like to state that I just got out of the hospital (gall bladder surgery), Seattle, had it removed. I'm too sick to make any repairs! But, if anyone would know where the water pressure regulator is on a 04 Adventurer? (is it hidden?) I'm going to replace it with a Watts Adjustable Regulator. Would I be able to purchase a Watts unit at C.W. (CW is about 25 miles away). I'm tried of low water pressure throughout the coach. Hope everyone reading this post is safe and well! This my first day back online in 8 days. Take Care, Rooster

If it's not located right behind the city water connector, it probably does not exist in your coach. Does your documentation list it as being there?
Have you changed the water filters anytime recently?

That was going to be my suggestion.
Also, try Lowes/Home Depot/etc for the regulator before going to CW. I can just about guarantee it'll be less $$$.
Hope your gall bladder wasn't like mine.... "gallstone induced pancreatitus" made me an instant type-2 diabetic...sigh....

Welcome back....now we'll have to listen for the "Rooster" to crow...
There are only a few issues that cause reduced pressure in the coach. Normally your factory installed pressure regulator, if one was installed is not the problem. The most common cause of low water pressure is the small screen placed inside the city water hookup valve. This screen, (available at WalMart for $1.18/pkg of 3) becomes clogged with debris found in many water systems. Well water contains many more solids than city water. Replacement of this screen is the easiest solution and should be done every three months or so. The second most cause of low pressure is the filtration system incorporated into most coaches. These can run from a simple single filter located under the sink to a more elaborate system consisting of one or more large canisters. Unscrew an outer container and replace with a like cartridge. There are several types of cartridges available depending on your system. Some filter out all contaminants from the water source while others simply filter out the large chunks of stuff floating in the water. We like the dual filter system that removes most contaminants. We also have a separate whole house filter that I have installed at the water source to filter out the large particles before they reach the interior filter system. Some people have installed water softeners as well. Keep in mind your physics lesson relative to water PRESSURE and water VOLUME. They are different. Increasing water pressure will not increase water volume......hope this helps....Dennis

Have you changed the water filters anytime recently? Thanks for response Paul! My city water is street side in the sewer compartment up on top in that compartment! I'll check up in that area when I'm feeling better I do have all my manuals, but haven't looked yet. I was hoping someone would know off the top of there head. I last changed my water filter 90 days ago.

Moisheh Thanks Moisheh! My wife is watching my diet like a hawk, and I have been loading up on all kinds of good bacteria. She even gives me a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in my organic grape or apple drink twice a day before I go to bed and when I get up in the morning. The doctor told me that I passed a gallstone last Thanksgiving and the stone plugged up my bile duct. So all my bile, was backing up onto and on my gallbladder (spent 10 days in the VA Hospital, Seattle and they couldn't operate because I had a 102.4* temp all 10 days). My gallbladder was taken out 8 days ago and the doctor told me when it was removed it was as hard as concrete. I'm watching my diet very carefully now. Thanksgiving Day (last Nov.) I weighed 245 lbs. 4 months later I'm 205 lbs. no diet, just eating smart, no alcohol, no soda, no deep fat fried foods of any kind, no fast food restaurants, no sweets and no meat. And as the Old Timers here on RV.Net know, I'm battling a uncurable blood disease and a uncurable nerve tumor disease (thanks agent orange)! It's great to be alive another day and looking forward to RVing this Summer! Love Ya Bro! Rooster
