Went to visit the new store in Winter Garden Florida a few weeks ago and to my displeasure I found the same salesman that was there when it was suncoast rv, You know there is a reason they did not do well and it was not selection. I have bought 3 new rv's in the past 3 years, an airstream, my forest river 36RE touring edition and now my new super c, which we have decided is not big enough, so we stopped in at your new store, total waste of time! The same sales person who took care of us when it was suncoast greeted us, what a Joy,he never listened to anything we said, just showed us MH after MH that had none of the features we wanted. In an area that has 3 other dealers within 1 mile you would think that camping world would hire competent sales staff.

wish they had fixed it before I went there, after my visit the salesman calls my wife, who is driving in a blinding rain storm, and asks her if its raining where she is, than after my wife answers him in the affirmative he hangs up.

Bob- Thank you for your opinion and your experience at the new Winter Garden Camping World which has been open about 2 weeks. We have a totally new, extremely competent management team at this location. I have the utmost confidence that if they see anything other than the most professional behavior and customer experience they will be quick to make changes. I have passed your comments on our dealership Manager. I do apologize we did not meet your expectation on this trip and hope you do try us again at this or any of our other Camping World facilities.

thank you , I probably will stop in again and hopefully it will not be such a dismal failure as my 1st visit. Just do not care to ever deal with that particular salesman again. He was bad last year and has not improved with age.

Received an invitation in the mail for the grand opening - went to see the new place - there was no place to park - no one seemed to care - went down the road .

H345- Sorry for your experience in Winter Garden. I have sent your message to the GM. Just getting the kinks out in Winter Garden but no excuses. We'll get better and I hope you give us another try.

My experience with CW RV Sales is a year old, but I believe it is important to provide positive comment as well as the "constructive criticism". At the time I was looking to purchase my TT there was no CW in Asheville and the local RV dealer since bought out by CW) was generally over priced on thier selections. I found my TT on line at the CW in Chattanoogna, TN and spoke by phone with the staff who answered all my questions. We went to view the unit and purchased it that day. We made arrangements to return 48 hours later to pickup the unit. Our sales rep was Eric DeMeyere. I told Eric that I was uncertain of the operational status of the brake controller in my TV. He assured me that they would check everything to be certain all was in working condition. We arrived to pick up the TT and everything was handled in a professional manner. While we conducted the walk through of the TT Eric had the service tech check the controller and install the new WD hitch as well as a mounting bracket for the television which I had brought with me. Since this was my first TT I had many questions all of which were answered in a competent mmanner while my wife took notes. The entire process was enjoyable and we were on our way in just under 4 hours. All in all a positive experience and I will definitely go to CW first for my next TT, which with any luck will be at the end of this camping season.

returned to winter garden today, better experience than the last time, arrived walked around the entire lot, went in 6 motorhomes and not one person noticed us. It was kind of nice, since we did not have any questions we got back in my truck and left.
