I can't remember the last time I watched TV in a coach, I just never use them. My new to me class A has 3 old CRT TV's. I'm thinking of getting rid of them along with the In-Motion satelite dish it came with.
Has anyone elso done this?

I'm betting that fulltimers won't be without a TV. Campers will have a much easier time of living without it.

I would dump the outdated, non-digital CRT tvs. We don't watch much television while RVing, but we have a couple of flatpanel LCD tvs in our rig that get occasional use. I don't worry about what other people do, think, or say, as it pertains to my property, so if you don't want something in your RV, then get rid of it since its yours to do as you wish. Happy Camping!!!

We got rid of the front one and use the space for storage.
The rear one will probably be there forever....no idea of how to get it out.
We don't watch TV hardly at all, but each to his own.

We use our TV's when its to cold to sit around the fire or its raining....etc.........
I know some people say that watching TV when camping is somehow a sacrilege but I am just not one of them...

you might re think this, some day you might up grade to a new rv and the trade in or resale will be hurt without the tv,s.and dish.that in motion unit is of great value to a family camper.

I think you have to pay to use that in motion dish. Am I right?

Going on 3 years of no TV watching, nothing on that I need or miss. Can get all news online without the bias of the networks. If I want to watch something I have DVD movies. I for one can not understand watching TV when there is so much to see outside at night and during the day, might as well stay home. Reading, writing are other passtimes. I told the DW, if I ever ask to watch TV to just shoot me.
