I knew it, my wife is on drugs. p.s. we are fulltimers also.

It's obviously a personal preference. I wouldn't want to be without tv when we buy our rig next month. We are thinking about gate guarding in the future and if Jay and I are working opposite shifts, I will be able to watch all the 'trash tv' I want too while he is sleeping!! :-)

Great info here. I think I am going to dump all 3 TV's on the coach and use the space creatively for storage. I am also leaning towards removing the KVH in-satelite dish and selling it too.

No, but if you do remove them, leave the hook-ups so the next owner can put in a modern Television.

It's only junk depending on what you watch!
I get over 40 channels since they went digital of which there are about 6 PBS stations that have 'very' educational and interesting programs.
That whole series about the National Parks was the best.
Have to admit though that prime time TV shows are definite in the toilet and IMHO is an insult to human intelligence and not worth 'my' time to tune in.

The cavities behind my CRTs were not particularly appealing for storage. New flat panel TV's cover the holes inexpensively and professionally whether we use them or not. The content we watch is irrelevant (on so many levels).
The truth is: when newer coaches are redesigned, the front dash can be made shallower since it no longer needs to accommodate a 30" deep CRT. That gives you an extra foot of living space versus an older coach. Sadly replacing a CRT with a flat panel does not.
