If it's new you shouldn't need spare parts. I do keep an extra engine belt and wrench to replace it in all my vehicles. Tire repair kit for the occasional nail/screw you pick up and a small 12V air compressor. Once home get the tire repaired properly. When I replace wiper blades with new I save one old for the emergency get me home.
That takes care of the vehicle so for the camper stuff you will learn what you need as you go. It' pretty much like what you use at home except smaller quantities. Bag chairs are nice for sitting out. A cheap throw away rain suit is nice. Leveling blocks. A few basic tools.
Pick out the items from all the post you think you might need and then add/subtract as you go.
Have fun and enjoy traveling.
EDIT to add: Carry at least one gallon of bottled water.

I agree with Skip: a new Roadtrek is not going to require carrying a bunch of spare parts....unless you are leaving civilization and boondocking for a few years, far away from Walmart.
Fuses, duct tape, stuff like that definitely yes. A few tools, you bet. Wiper blades? I replaced mine this year for the first time since I bought my RT new in 2006.

I would agree with the above and also what "Skip" stated. Having too many spares will usually turn out to be the wrong ones. I only carry a spare of something that I strongly suspect might go wrong. Then I determine whether I can easily find that part at our destination or do I need to buy it while still at home. After all, there are Wal-Marts, O'Reilly's, Service stations, 24 hour drug stores, and others no matter where we have travelled.

The odds of needing any given tool or part is equally proportional to to the didstance to any place that has the given tool or part multiplied by the square root of the number of campers around you who also do not have that tool or part.

Since you were asking about spare parts to carry along not the basic day to day items, I would suggest a spare sewer hose. We had one break as we were preparing to dump full tanks. Luckily we were at the annual LTV Rally and had it replaced at the factory. A spare is now in the van.

My GF brings little dixie cups for neighbors who want to sample what she is drinking.

I bring this in the event electric is needed outside a grid area. Plus, this can jumpstart my van if needed.

FYI: In my most recent 20 years of RVing, much of it on back roads and in an older vehicle (before buying the Tiger new), I had the following events which needed professional intervention while on the road. In addition, there was much checking and repair while at home; you do have to try to have the vehicle in the best possible shape before you leave home. With your new RV, you won't have most of these problems. I'm just listing them so you see they are survivable. All of these trips went on after repairs to become great trips.
Cabover window smashed by rock flying up from passing vehicle. Limped to next town in horrible headwind, patched it there with cardboard and duct tape (note to self: carry these supplies), then proceeded to next town large enough to have an auto glass shop which replaced the window with Lexan. Was still fishing bits of glass out of that camper for years.
U-Joints needing replacement (I know that noise, head for a mechanic before the drive shaft falls off). Had to wait 3 days in tiny town while parts were shipped (20 year old truck at that time).
Water pump failure. Got towed (thank you AAA) and spent the night on repair shop lot; problem fixed in morning.
Tread came loose on a new tire, slapping underneath the coach. Had the truck towed (fortunately was near large town; thank you again AAA!) and affiliated tire shop replaced tire under warranty.
Alternator failed. No parts available in small town. Mechanic wanted me to limp home that way (2500 miles - I think not!). 24 hour wait for parts.

I also carry a spare serpentine belt. Murphy's Law says that it will break in the middle of nowhere where any mechanic can replace it, but there will be no parts store within a 1000 miles. Takes up no room to store.
