We picked up our new Aussie pup Saturday and took him for a check up at the vet today. Verdict: perfect heh. The vet put him on Trifexis

Great dogs. You know they love to run I assume. Be sure to chip him and get collar tags.

We got our Aussie in the pound, nobody claimed him. Suspect somebody somewhere is still crying.

I love Aussies. What a beautiful pup. Mine are 14 and 4. I second the suggestion to chip him.

Chipping is on the list, I don't know what age they do it at. But he's due back at the vets in a month for his vaccinations, I'll ask her then.

The new vet seems to be very good she just moved in and calls herself the "Affordable Vet". Prices are lower and her parking lot is full every time I go by.

I'm such a sucker for Aussies - and Ozzie's picture make my heart skip a beat with joy! What a cutie!!! Plan to keep him busy - there's not much worse than a bored Aussie.....LOL!!
