Should I get the spray in liner before or after the install of the hitch?

Thanks.

Definitely before. The installer will likely refuse the job with the hitch in as they will not get complete coverage and you will cuss when you need to remove it later.

Have the holes drilled.
Have the bed liner sprayed in.
Install the hitch.
