Well, we're headed back to Michigan tomorrow in our new (for us) 2006 Roadtrek RS-Adventurous.
I had hoped to get a new radio installed as a Best Buy down here in Florida but they said I first needed a bunch of parts.
Here's the details if you're interested

A lot of the newer vehicles have "special" adapters to make a generic radio fit. Heck Dodge uses a real weird antenna adapter. Kind of a pain, but part of the way it is. If you want a different radio from stock MB fare you need to suck it up and do it.

I would call Crutchfield and get their advice on how to install in your RoadTrek. I replaced the radio in my Kodiak with their parts and instructions. Best Buy had all kinds of add-ons and was still not sure they could do the install.
Got to ask. Mike Wendland, PC Mike?
Edit: Guess I should have looked at your profile for my answer.

If it were Wi-Fi, or ham radio or computers, PC Mike would be good to go. But taking out a radio from a dashboard is beyond my abilities :-) I am the ultimate un-handyman!

X2 for Crutchfield. I called an spoke with a customer service rep for a replacement for my 1996 Dodge Horizon class B. Follow the simple directions for the wiring harness and its plug 'em in and enjow the radio.

It is a little bit of a "Best" Buy thing.
You get on paper a decent price on the thing you came into the store for.
But the walk (or drive) away price is considerably higher.
That is where the profit margin is, the kit they are buying for about $5 wholesale for the whole lot.
More "Best" Buy games:
Buy a fridge... washer / dryer... stove... and if you want next few days delivery... it cost $$$$ or you wait 2 weeks.
They know people buying this stuff generally can't wait.
Then it is extra to install... leave wiring neat... clean up.. remove old appliance.. .etc.
After enough of this, I gave up and used a different retailer that gives me a great "walk away" price.
All the parts and adapters can be sourced from many places for a tiny fraction of the price.
Many of the kits go for $15!

If you can wait long enough (1 to 2 months) you can source most of the stuff direct from China for a tiny fraction of the sale price you were quoted.

Forget Crutchfield, Mike. Tried to go that route a few years ago to no avail. You already have the list of stuff you need, buy that and you should be all set, save from someone to install it for you.

The one thing you can get from using Crutchfield is the part numbers of the wiring kit, and description of the speakers that fit. I used a wiring kit for a VW and I had to switch 2 wires in the harness that powered the antenna and memory. I bought the kit at Best Buy, but they had no idea what fit a Sprinter (this was several years ago). I bought speakers and the radio there too. I made my own radio removal tools, which are "L" shaped strips of metal with a small notch and an angle on the end. Once you get the Becker radio out, the mounting hole is standard and the rest of the installation is normal.

Another vote for Crutchfield. They can put together all the items you need at reasonable prices. Best Buy is a waste of time in my experience.
