I was wondering if the insurance company will even bother giving me full coverage on a 2003 TT? is paid for. or is it even worth the money since the nada place my tt roughly at under $3,000.

I guess anything beyond PL & PD, wouldn't be worthwhile.

My guess is that if you put that insurance payment into a savings account, in a few years, you'll have become "self-insured".
The same goes for 10 year old cars & TVs....not really worth having collision on them at that point, though you still need to keep the Liability.

You may want to talk with your Agent.....see about reduced policy, with things like theft or liability (though I think that is covered by your auto or homeowners??) Don't have a TT, so not sure?

If the RV is totaled they will pay the value of the RV. In your case $3,000. Only you can determine if you can afford to lose $3,000.

Keep in mind that RV insurance also covers if someone is injured on your campsite, all your camping gear, and other things besides the RV alone. The liability coverage on your auto insurance automatically extends to the RV but only when towing.

You need to know the difference is cost between the full coverage and the basic liability insurance that is an absolute must. Doesn't matter if your rig is only worth $20.00, if it rolls down the hill and crashes into a new Prevost, you will have big issues. My guess is it will not be too great a difference. If it is only a $100.00 or so, it may be worth it for peace of mind.

YES, full coverage is very cheap ours is about $150 a year. It covers theft, vandalism, property inside, towing and hail so you really cant go wrong. if you total ityou can get enough to make a nice down payment on another one.JMO

$3,000? I would probably skip the insurance entirely. Even a small accident/repair will total it.
Liability while towing should be covered by the tow vehicle. Your homeowner's policy might cover some personal items.

It depends on how comfortable you would be walking away from it was badly damaged. If the loss of value is no big deal for you then by all means, drop the ins. on it since the TV covers it for liability anyway.
