Heading back from the UP one trip, my DS and I kept track of all the +2 axle trailers that were obviously not level-- not slightly, but seriously nose high or low.
Over 75%!
And the overwhelming majority of those were clearly marked 'professional' contractors moving them for dealers

I would. I would say that the majority of folks towing trailers non-commercially likely don't even know there is such a thing as an LT or ST tire, let alone that there is a speed rating on the ST's. They're probably just oblivious to the whole issue and merrily going along their way.
I think the vast majority of TT's out there have ST's as that is what the manufacturers put on them. Not many upgrade to LT's as this often can necessitate getting new wheels to handle the increased psi. I agree that a lot of folks aren't aware of the differences between ST and LT's but the max speed rating of 65 for ST's is right there stamped on the side of the tire. 
Every time some fool comes blasting by me at 75 or more the odds are he is running ST's and they probably came from China. If you are exceeding your ratings be they speed for your tires or weights (GVWR, GCWR etc.), you are a hazard to others and that is just plain wrong.

So as to never be trashed on here in case someone see's me going down the road, i'm keeping my dually, getting rid of the tt and the enclosed trailer i tow behind it, am not going to put the rzr in the bed of the truck and just get a tent and throw in the bed of the truck.

Another great thing about my set-up is I have not worn out my front tires in 100K of towing.

So far my only towing experience with this set up is a 550 mile trip home from the place I bought my camper
I try to keep my speed down to about 55 to 60 MPH but the 2010 Dodge 3500 dually diesel tows so effortlessly I sometimes creep up to 65 or a little higher but as soon as I notice my speed I drop back down

I tow 20K combined with my truck and 5vr in sig and have towed as high as 21K depending on how full I have the 5vr. I tow at 65 no matter how many people I make mad on the highway. My truck barely squats, no airbags, I don't exceed the rating of my truck or camper tires and I am a far cry from exceeding the AAM axle ratings.
Weight police and a waaambulance are not needed in my case. Some people just need some french cries with their waaaburger.

To much load for to little a thinker.
2005 Chev 5.3 Supercharged 395HP 425 T hp. Two wheels on front, 2 on back. one seat, tint windows. front and rear bumpers, headlights, windows. Door on each side. Heater, floor mats, 6 Reese candy bars, junk behind seats, some dirt. Pulls so hard.
