Thanks to each of you for all of your advice.
Just ordered the P3 brake controller from Tekonsha and hope to pick up the tailer this week. It's in great condition and they seller is throwing in the WD hitch and a bunch of accessories, 2 stoves, portable black water thing in case we get full and can't dump, chairs etc. Paid $7K. A bit more than I wanted but now I have something to do this summer.
