I remember seeing a video here about a guy who uses a small piece of pvc to easily drain and fill the oil on his Honda. Can't find it again. Anyone know the link? thanks in advance

For fills I use a measure cup for food that has a long thin spout which works very well. It takes 14 ozs of oil to fill, if you pre measure you can tilt gen back pour in and its right on. FYI I don't use the cup for food, I know there will be comments

I found it, but I'm using my DROID and I don't yet know how to paste its URL.
To find it, advanced search, keyword=PVC, tech issues. When you get those results, search within results for Honda.
By the way, I'm getting 4g in a casino.

I was just getting ready to change mine for the first time this week. Thought about a pump to pull the oil out, but these ideas are great. The aluminum tube is a great idea, but I think I'll try the PVC method first.

I bought one of the ebay ones shown in the clicky above. It is very handy and I keep it inside the generator housing.
