I like to read before I fall asleep. In my past campers I've had a reading light conveniently positioned at the head of the bed. We just purchased a hybrid and, obviously, there are no reading lights. I've read about the fan lights that plug into the 12v outlets but they have to hang from the center support bar and aren't really convenient for reading. I've thought of getting a flexible light that would mount on the ceiling just outside the tent section. Haven't found that yet, but will keep looking. Has anyone here come up with a novel idea for a reading light?
Thanks,
Larry

I bought a tent light and clip it to the curtain above me. Works for me

I use a book light and clip it to the cable that holds up the bed.

There are reading glasses with leds mounted in the temples - great for keeping the light out of your partner's eyes.

IPAD. Works awesome for reading, and you can store an entire library with little space.

Actually, the combination light/fan works great in hybrids. I used it for many years as I love to read before retiring for the night.

K Charles, right with you on that! Was also going to suggest the clip on light. I found - before the Kindles - that the bunkend lights were blinding when I tried to lay down and read. Not expensive and easy enough to change from book to book. Magazines??, don't know how they would work.

Costco was selling a pack of three of these Silver High Output LED Spot Lights with a remote and a bracket for the remote. Can't recall the price but it probably around $20. Works perfectly as a reading light and also as mood lighting if strategically placed.
