We stay at Pine Mountain. It's near everything, just off the parkway......But, not ON the parkway.

We stay at Pine Mountain also. If there is a rod run this weekend it is probably already booked solid.

Pigeon Forge sure does love its old cars shows. The parade of old cars is as far as you can see going both directions up and down the main drag. When that is going on you have to figure out how to get from point A to to point B without going down the main drag... Thats pretty hard to do sometimes when the towns only have one main drag...

We have stayed at Clabough's about 10 times. Have stayed at several other cg in the area also. We like the location of Clabough's. Near a grocery store, several restaurants we like to go to and you can usually get in at the last minute because it is so big. They have entertainment on the weekends and trolley comes through cg, though we tend to always drive. There isn't a lot of space between most sites, but that's the way most cg are in that area. The price tends to run lower than most other cg in area. New bathroom and little lazy river.
Little restaurant on site.

We just returned from Pigeon Forge and we always stay at Creekside RV Park. It's off the main road so it's quieter. The folks who run it treat you like family, they are the greatest. They are also a Good Sam and Passport America Park.
The park is on the trolley route, so you don't have to drive and there is a Krogers just down the street.
If you're planning a trip to Dollyworld, right now they are presenting the Festival of Nations. You have got to see the Paper Clowns. They were really funny!!!
Have a great time.

We stayed at Pine Mountain last summer and enjoyed the stay. The facilities were nice and clean. The only complaint we had was with the Wi-fi. The service was very spotty. They have an outdoor swimming pool on site but there is a hotel across the street where paid campers have access to the indoor pool as well.

Pine Mountain is where we always stay. You have access to an indoor pool which is nice. Full hookups and cable. All paved, lots and roads.
