Depends on what you are looking at. I've seen numbers anywhere from 10 - 40% off MSRP. Do your homework and get a quote from several dealers once you decide on a coach.

MaMahon was offering 36% off on their 32 foot hurricanes lately
looking at the ads they had plenty of this model left over from 2011
Also if they don't move as many units,discount will be smaller. They have to make enough money to survive or they will not be around for long. And then it will only be the Camping Worlds of the world!!!
With no trade we got a little over 1/3 off msrp buying a 2011 when the 2012 models were out early last October. You get a nice discount at the end of the year but the selection is rather limited. There are still some new 2011's out there so I would assume you can do better than 1/3 off at this point in time if you find one you like.
