I just bought a new popup:
2000 Skamper Vision 23' GLS and as far as I can tell everything is in order... except for the furnace. Can anyone shed some light/opinions on the issue.
The furnace is electronically ignited, and when you set the thermostat, it cuts on, heats, and cuts off like it should.
First the blower kicks on, then like 15 seconds later you hear the ignitor "click" and after a few moments, heat starts blowing. Everything seems to work as it should except for completely random you will hear clicking either once or a few times, then a brief period, then more clicking, and it will either do it a few more times, or wait a while before it has another "fit". It sounds alot like the ignitor click, except maybe a little louder. Sometimes it will go for a while with no clicks, sometimes it will have one of its "fits", and sometimes It will have a single click, and then be fine until later. Again, its completely random when it clicks, and how many times it will click.
I thought maybe the gas was getting low, and maybe the pilot was burning out, so I replaced the propane, yet the problem persist.
Anyone have any idea what this is?
Is this a "Fix before continued use" kind of problem, or can it be put off for a bit?
Ive researched all I can, but it appears everyone having the same issue ALSO suffers from lack of operation. However mine seems to be operating just fine.
Can you see inside to see if it is the ignitor sparking? I know on our old pop-up it would make a clicking sound after being on a little while but it was the metal adjusting to the heat after being cold or cool.

No I can't see inside, but Im fairly certain its not just metal settling.
do you know the make and model of the furnace ?

do you know if the flame goes out at all during the "fit" ?
I can't tell, but there is no loss of heat during this time.
if your getting heat its likely not a problem to keep using it, with any luck some components melts down and helps make the repair a little easier.
Thank you for that link. I Saved a copy! Thank you for such a valuable tool.
I couldn't find that issue in the troubleshooting, and Im afraid I dont YET have enough knowledge to accurately diagnose the issue. I also have the booklet that came with the unit although it is not near as in depth. It must be a Owners manual. Either way...
No personal experience with that unit. ... Check for a 'flame sensor', if it has one that is not 'seeing' flame, the ignitor would kick again. I had this happen to me in my stix n brix furnace. Temp fix was to 'clean' it with piece of crocus cloth/440grit sandpaper. Not a permanent fix, but worked for a couple of years.
In mine it was held in with a single screw and had a single wire going to it. It extends into the firebox, where the flame hits it, making a metal/chemical reaction and producing a small electric current that goes back to the board, so the board 'knows' the gas is burning.
Function is to preclude the furnace blowing cold air.

I found what looks like it might be a good manual under the Bryant RV website. It wasn't listed through the link that Mike4947 listed but I found it through Google. It doesn't list your specific issue but might be helpful to someone. Link
You might want to see if your local dealer can test the board and how much they would charge to do so.

Could the clicking be the furnace reigniting. When the furnace is heating sometimes the burner cycles on and off even though the fan is still running. This keeps the unit from getting too hot if it has to run a long time to bring the temperature inside up to the desired temperature.
The periodic clicking could also be the metal of the furnace expanding.
