I live in Northern CA and called the Draper store for info on a Winnie class C they had in stock.
Nice lady answers phone and says salespeople are busy but she will take a message or transfer me to voice mail. No problem, I say voice mail is fine so she transfers me and I leave a message.
A few minutes later my phone rings and it's the lady that originally answered the phone. She says right after she transferred me their computer/phone system went down and she was concerned I may have been disconnected. She checked caller ID once things came back online and called me back to make sure I was able to leave a message.
I manage Consumer Affairs for a large financial services company and frequently deal with customer service issues. I'm well aware of the value of employees like the one I dealt with in Draper, who go the extra mile. If all of our employees were like that, I wouldn't have job. I'm sorry I can't remember her name.
