We have had nothing but trouble with GMAC. After having some checks stolen and our credit union closing our checking account and opening a new one to protect us, dealing with GMAC has been a nightmare. We had to our payment coming in the day all this happened and talked with a GMAC rep on the phone who said she would cancel the auto pay and for me to make a manual pay and then renew the auto pay with the new account. I have talked with 6 different (you never get the same person)people on this account and they still don't have it right. NOt only was the theft and Identity theft a negative experience, but GMAC has made it worse. One last chance this week then to Progressive and goodbye Good Sam.
I'm continually amazed that people fall for that stuff.
