Ducks are wonderful - particularly with a little orange sauce ! :-)

Duck poop - particularly when you have a dog - is not at the top of my list.

Spent a couple of nights at Terrible's in Pahrump back in 2009 (june & July to be exact) and liked it very much. There was a small contingent of ducks (maybe 6 or 7) that would pass through our site on & off but droppings were not an issue, and we had a "lakeside" site. Pool was o.k. back then; sounds like it's fallen into disrepair. We did not patronize the casino. Office & grounds staff very helpful and friendly. We'd stay there again if we visit the area.

I stay there at least 4 days a year. Peaceful, great walks for my dog and many sites are nice and long.
