Bad signa' going in will give you snow. So its the RV park. Hook it to your antenna sn if the picture is good then the Televesion is good and you have a signal problem. I have found over the years, my book I am reading never gets snowy

If hooked to RV park cable, you need to be sure your antenna amplifier is OFF. If you have bad reception, consider running some coax from the cable connection directly into your television. Often there are several junctions in the line in your rig and they can often cause the snow you are seeing. Check with a few neighbors and see if they are having the same problems. Be sure the cable you use to connect is in good condition and is RG-6. RG-59 is a problem waiting to happen if you hook and unhook often. I troubleshoot problems for dozens of people a year and these are the top issues. I have seen a few parks in my day with bad cable TV, but it is not the norm. If you have frequent problems, it is very likely somewhere in your connections.

On one of my televisions, I frequently have snowy reception of just a few channels (normally at the high or low end) for a few days when I hook up to a new park cable. After that, all channels are clear. At one point I was actively trying to figure out why, then decided it just wasn't that important.

I've had that before. All you can do is let them know so they can call the cable company and get them out there. it'll be a cut cable somewhere. Last time we camped where they had cable, we had to replace the end connector on the cable to get it to work.

I have run into several RV Park cable signal problems as we travel place to place.
Snowy pictures....bad audio etc. Park cable system problem.......but if cable company comes out they say it's within the parks system and park isn't going to pay to have problem found/fixed cause it would be expensive.
I ask for refund of cable fees when it happens.

Mr. Bill, Looked to see what kind of trailer you have to see if you might have more than one TV but didn't see it on your profile. If you do have multiple hookups, you might check to see if they used only one splitter with multiple splits coming off it to the TV jacks or if they used more than one splitter. Each time it is split, you lose a little signal quality so making sure it is only one or reducing it to only one if there are more will help.
Good luck!
