I've always owned a Ford Truck - No complaints for the most part. I test drove a new Dodge Laramie Longhorn the other day. That is a really nice truck. Anyway, I'm just thinking and scratching that uncontrollable itch.

I love my 98 Dodge. We had a Ford Expedition...and it will be a very long time before I buy another Ford.

Life-long Chevy man here, until 2006.

Got a 3500 one ton wih the Cummins. I have NEVER had a better truck. It has towed 70,000 miles now, virtually trouble free.

70,000 miles on the original tires. 80,000 miles on the orginal front brake pads. The rear pads appear to have another 10,000 stll left on them.

I love this truck!!!

We also have with us two "fur babies". A Basset Hound and a Chihuahua mix. Both are rescue dogs.

I have a different opinion of my Dodge. My son in law is a partner in a Chevy dealer. He wants me to sell my 06 CTD out right so he can get me into a 12 D/A package LTZ. I too am now thinking of scratching the uncontrollable itch ! The Dodge is a nice truck but I had to put $1700 in the front end and just did brakes all the way around with 82k on it. And the Chevy is a really nice ride compared to what I Drive !

Scratch Scratch Scratch ! ! !

Chevy man most of my life, last three before sig. TV were a 3/4 ton D/A and two 1 ton Dually D/A's (loaded out)...loved them, can't say anything bad about them...Purchased sig. truck in June of 10 and I've been sold on it ever since...I personally think it looks better inside and out, is quieter inside and more comfortable than most of my other trucks I've towed with.....The Cummins is strong, the Exhaust Brake is top of the line and the 6 speed automatic hasn't made me wish I had my Allison back, (though, to me, Allison is the best)....It's done all I've wanted and more. No regrets, one heck of a truck

Looks like your son in law is an outlaw, all he wants to do is make money selling you something you don't need.

2007 Dodge 3500 DRW Cummins,3:73 rear, 6 speed manual. Never been in the shop and wouldn't trade it. Had a 2004 F350 with the 6.0 but the Goat wins hands down!
