Never been, heard it's a little like Ocean Lakes with the late night golf cart escapades and loud folks. We'll see, hopefully not. They have a R/C car track that my sons and I can't wait to try out! We have several trucks that we've never had the privilege of running on a track. Appears to be a really nice place and I just found our flyer from them that we got at a RV show for two free nights. The lady on the phone actually asked me if I wanted a shaded spot, of course I did, so she put me in one. I'll post up how it goes.

Stayed there once. Its ok but would not go back. Much more laid back compared to Ocean Lakes (not a bad thing in my book). Proportionally much less golf cart volume than Ocean Lakes. Swimming area on the lake is nice but that’s about it. Arcade smelled like a big cigarette and lots of teens smoking and loitering. Most of the sites are occupied by permanent trailers and cottages. Sites were ok but a bit tight IMO. Not my families speed overall but ok. I guess it was a bit too redneck for my liken. I was not aware of the RC track. That sounds very cool.

I pretty much will let my wife be the judge, and she doesn't have much redneck in her. She thinks I'm too picky about everything, but can't I be? This visit should be free, so I won't have the money part of it to contend with.
