I have a Itasca Navion that I tried to get a front end alignment done and was told that the chassis are set up for a slight pull to the right. Is this true? Will a perfectly aligned RV still always drift to the right? Or is this only an issue with the Sprinter chassis?

NO!
should track straight regardless of the chassis.
You will get a slight drift to the right if the road surface has a "crown" to it.
Another cause would be a side wind due to high profile.
A proper setup alignment will track True.
Perhaps there are unique settings to the sprinter alignment that the shop is missing.

I've driven 3 Class C quite a bit and none of them pulled at all. My question to whomever told you this would by, WHY?

Where did you get that piece of misinformation? I certainally would not trust their alignment skills after a comment like that. Because of the crown in most roads, it should be set to pull very slightly to the left on a perfectly level surface. Since there is no such a thing most vehicles are set per factory specs, meaning to drive straight. Loading, especially on a motor home chassis can effect that a lot.

I was told by the "experts" at Lazy Days in Seffner Florida that my coach and all RV's and heavy trucks are all set up to pull to the right by the manufacturer. When I first complained that the coach wouldn't track properly they said it was road crown. Then that changed that to the wind, then oversteering, then the final insult was that the truck was designed that way. This happened of course after I had paid, test drove and came back to complain. Anyone else every handed this story?

That sounds like pure horse hockey from incompetent technicians to me.

Did you try contacting the chassis manufacturer's customer service rep?

LOL! That's what I said. I was very pleased with their other work. I don't understand why they would say something like that and ruin my whole experience with them along with their reputation.
Dave - I have considered contacting Dodge. I haven't found anything similar online when I research Sprinter issues.

The only time mine tries pulling to the right is when i'm coming up to a gas station or an RV park.

Makes no sense to me! So that means you have to turn and keep the steering wheel to the left to stay straight on the road? That's not a correct situation at all.
